This is an excellent home in the historic Linwood Addition. This home was not a flip home, but was owned by a lady for years. Once she moved out her family had the house refinished. They completely refinished the hard wood floors. They are absolutely beautiful! The firelplace has the vintage brick tile. Three of the tiles are handcarved with pictoral scenes.
